With over 20 years of higher education experience in curriculum and operation management and strategic planning, she has successfully led initiatives that increased operational efficiency and student success growth. Her expertise includes internationalization, operation management, and strategic and marketing planning. Monika has an MBA and MA in Organizational Leadership.
